My first ever car accident
I couldn't imagine that my first ever car accident was in the U.S.A. Although it was not a serious one, it was bad enough to scare me out of mind. Our group had two vans. Seven of my group and me were riding in a smaller van running behind a white one, where the other eleven of us were. The white van braked suddenly to let another car get across. The driver of our van, the black one was driving a little too close the the white one, so he had to brake hard, which didn't work well. To avoid a crash, our driver made a quick left turn when he realized it was a slight slope, so he made a right turn. The van just turned over. Luckily every passenger had buckled themselves up before the the accident, nobody was seriously hurt. But we were really frightened.
